Nomura makes headway with Origin, joint venture another condominium projects for Gen Y and Start-up target groups. Total jont venture now reaches 35.6 billion THB

Origin Property allies with Nomura Real Estate by JV another condomium targeting Gen Y and new start-up under new brand; “Origin Plug & Play Ramkhamhaeng Triple Station”. The project value is worth 1.4 billion THB. Nomura is confident from the first half sales volume and believes in Thai property market. This makes the total value of partnership comes up to 35.6 billion THB.

Mr. Peerapong Jaroon-Ek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property PCL (ORI),  the leading in end to end property developer revealed that Origin has jointed venture condominium project with Nomura Real Estate Development, the top leader property developer in Japan. The new JV project is Origin Plug & Play Ramkhamhaeng Triple Station, project value worth 1.4 billion THB and this is a positive signal for investment confidence. 

“Though the first half of this year has Covid-19 incidence, there is still potential for property investment and Origin’s performance in sales revenue assured the strength in Thailand property market. Therefore Nomura decides to continue investment with Origin and this project is the fourth project of this year.” , Mr. Peerapong added.

This joint venture has added up the JV projects between Origin Property and Nomura Real Estate Development from 10 project value worth 34,172 million THB to 11 projects value worth 35,572 million THB. Previous JV projects are luxury brand like Park Origin, high end condominium brnad as Knightsbridge and SOHO Bangkok. Then the condominium for Gen Z like the Origin until the new brand for Gen Y and Start-up targets as Origin Plug & Play which has added more variety to cover all segmentations.

Mr. Peerapong has added this partnership has reflected the strong alliance and trust in Origin in terms of product development, branding and attention to detail of consumer insight which enhances the potential to target the right group. Moreover, it is the continuity in know-how sharing and fund to develop the new residential to respond to future target groups and oversea customers.
