“ORIGIN PROPERTY” announces revenue of the first half of 2021 at 15,700 million THB, achieved 54% of the annual target. Project Hampton and Grand Britania are the biggest fighting brands in the second quarter of 2021. Hampton Suite Sriracha has penetrated investment property market and acheive 90% sold while housing project in the west side of Bangkok, “Grand Britania”, has brought the sales volume during previous quarter. The campaign”Final War/Final Price”, Live the project real time and Crypto currency are the key success factors to create the sales volume so far. in the second half of 2021, the company will pay close attention to Thailand economic overview and come up with strategy to move forward. 5 more new projects to be launched during the second half which will build the total revenue at 29,000 million THB, creating the All Time High record of sales revenue.
Mr. Peerapong Jaroon-Ek, CEO of Origin Property Plc. or ORI, the leading developer in Thailand has revealed the revenue in the first half of this year (Jan-Jun2021). The company has total revenue at 15,700 million THB, which has grown from 37% YOY and accounts of 54% of the annaul target of 29,000 million THB.
Especially in the second quarter of 2021 (Apr-Jun2021), the company creates revenue at 8,000 million THB, growing from the same period of last year at 22% and still keep up with the same rate as previous quarter. The ratio of the revenue is 25% from housing projects and 75% from condominium projects. In term of project status, the revenue is from ready to move projects at 71% and from presale or on-construction projects at 29%.
For fighting brands which play important role in the second quarter of this year are investment property brand; “Hampton and housing brand of “Grand Britania”. Recently Hampton Suite Sriracha, project which JV with Dusit Thani Group has created sold value at 90%. This is the fist step of the company to enter the investment property segment. While Grand Britania Rajapruek-Rama V, the new housing projecct in the west side of Bangkok which has just launched in Q2 has gained the good response from the customers as well.

Mr. Peeraphong added that for the property industry in the second half of this year is still to keep an eye on with Thailand overview situation such as the Covid prevention measure and relief meausre of the government and the promptness of vaccination nationwide to build herd immunity. if the government can handle these concerns well, it will help the economy and real estate industry in the same time.
