Origin Property PCL (ORI) and its allied Japanese “Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (NRED)” signed Joint Venture MOU to develop 2 new projects in Sukhumvit and Ramintra locations worth 3,600 MB. of projects valued including The Origin Sukhumvit-Sailuat E22 Station and The Origin Plug & Play Ramintra.
In accordance with the previous JV signed of Origin projects, the success wind up them to continue for the other new launched The Origin condominiums. Since 2017, they had started with 7 projects worth 28,643 MB from Park Origin and Knightsbridge projects and currently revise up to 9 projects worth 32,243 MB.
This cooperation is not only maintain relationship continuously with Nomura Real Estate Development (NRE) which is the first joint venture partner, but also it is mutual opportunity to share know-how and cooperation in sales and marketing for residential and commercial developments.
This continuous cooperation means NRE still have strong confidence to work with us to develop quality of products, branding as well as capability to reach target within short and long term plans. - Service Business, providing property management service includes rental and re-sales service, residential decoration, cleaning service etc.
