Reinforce team to help Origin customers during Home Isolation 14-day period.

“Primo Service Solutions” joins hands with “Origin Healthcare” to promote Origin Health Buddy – We are your friend by caring campaign to deliver survival boxset and accommodate co-owners during Home Isolation and act as a center to communicate with medical team to support patients by launching new feature on application “Primo Plus”, set up emergency team 24 hour in 14 days. Also urging staff to take 2 vaccines and build group immunity while sending Antigen test every week to create more confidence for Origin staff and Origin customers for more than 20,000 families.

Ms. Jatuporn Wilaikaew, Chief Executive Officer of Primo Service Solutions in Origin Property PCL group, (ORI), one stop service for real estate development revealed that from the spread of Covid-19 which caused more green patients (semi-urgency) to join home isolation in their own residences. Origin Property has joined hands with Origin Healthcare, our subsidiary to improve the living quality of our customers through the program “Origin Health Buddy”, we are your friend to accommodate and monitor Covid-19 patients under safety standard.

“We concern on the customers so we has set our measures at highest level along with monitor situation and cooperate with government closely. We set up the team Origin Health Buddy to act as an assistant with clients who do home isolation to recover soon”, Ms. Jatuporn added.

Campaign Origin Health Buddy – We are your friend is the campaign to accommodate and act as a center to assist Covid-19 patients who live in Origin Property projects who are under home isolation program by our juristic management and staff to provide survival boxset and equipment such as thermometer, medicines, fingertip pulse oximeter, guidebook and emergency telephone numbers as well as team to support on daily health check and food delivery for our customers.

Moreover Primo has set the emergency team to support 24 hours during 14 days to build confidence to customers and communicate to medical team to support all patients in case patients turn to emergency level of yellor or red level to get to doctor as soonest.

Ms. Jatuporn stated that the company has urged to employees to take first vaccine at 100% and now under taken 2nd vaccine and already ordered Moderna as booster dose to build group immunity, adding more confidence to our employees and customers under Primo Service Solutions for over 20,000 families. Additionally Primo has ordered the Rapid Antigen Test for our staff on sites to test on their own and strictly request staff to perform as precaution guide.
